Said they would come Friday..never showed without even calling and then came out Monday without even letting me know what time they would show up. So the tenant was upset and not even informed. This have never happened before. Also they never called me the owner to let me know what happened at the property. Disappointed.

False advertising.... Don't be fooled by thier, WE'RE ON CALL 24/7 TO REACT PROMPTLY TO YOUR AC, HEATING, AND PLUMBING EMERGENCIES. My ac went out in the middle of the night. Searching online for emergency ac service at 2am seeing 24/7 help, I called. Only to speak with an after hour call agent who takes my info and tells me that a dispatcher will contact me sometime thru out the day to tell you when thay can have someone come out. But they also make sure to let me know of their dispatch charge of $99 just to have them come out. Which is not added to any repair work you may have.
