First service was in April and the tech recommended $2,000 of maintenance, i tell him to perform the work. He leaves and the next day one of my units is not working. Call them to come back, said it was a minor mistake. Second time they came out for a rejuvenation guess what we have the same problem. But the technician said everything was fine. Called them back at 845pm and we get the call center. All after hour techs are out and fully booked for the night. Little Children get to sleep in 90 degree temps due to these idiots. Units ran fine both times before they came. Only wanted them to come clean the coils and make sure we wouldn’t have any problems in the future. Trying to keep up on our maintenance. Last summer our AC unit broke down. We got a couple of quotes, and even though Goettl had a significantly higher price, we decided to go with them because they could install it sooner, and seemed to be more organized and professional. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Since the installation, they have been unable to balance the system properly after several service calls, the heating didn’t work once winter arrived, and the condensation line was improperly installed so water leaked through my ceiling electrical fixture in our laundry room. I’ve been without AC for a long time as I was working with a terrible home warranty that I ultimately cancelled. Afterward, I sent numerous quote requests through the better business bureau website and got not a single reply. I always see this company’s advertisements so I gave them a call directly and they scheduled to come out first thing the following morning (in the middle of busy vegas summer). The cost of the service call was also roughly 20% cheaper than through my warranty. The hvac tech that arrived was very friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable about the technology. Before this, I had service attempted 3 times prior and was told that valves leaked, compressor broke, don’t have long enough ladders etc. This guy was on site for less than 5 minutes and immediately noticed my air handler was incorrect which anyone would’ve suspected.
