I did not receive a clear estimate on the repair. A diagnostic, yes, but not a set price on the repair which prevented me from moving forward of having your man repair. Other than that, the man was very professional and was very nice kind. I appreciate him showing up here and give me AA diagnostic but I just started. It was too expensive without knowing the facts. Angelo appeared promptly as scheduled! He was in an immaculate uniform and an attitude to work. After an introduction, he put on protective shoe covers and proceeded to look the property and all the equipment involved! His professional knowledge was Amazing and explained in terms that I Could understand! He went right to work And put all the equipment through it paces! He cleaned and rinsed everything! After about 2 1/2 hours (Two units), Angelo returned with all his results and findings! I was thrilled my first unit was given decent reviews and feedback!!! The second was passable at this time and suggested rebuilding to keep it workable or replace it in a year or so? I asked if I rebuilt it with different pieces and the unit Died, I would loose all the money!!! Angelo replied they would replace the money towards a brand new unit!!! That gave me more options ????!!!! That is why I choose Goettl , professional not games!

Milton was great! He was very nice and informative and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. After our pipes were fixed he came back to make sure the job was complete and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend him in customer service!
