Several years ago my air conditioning system needed to be replaced. My home warranty sent a Boss tech. to evaluate the issue. With the tech’s. evaluation my home warranty approved total replacement. The delays which I experienced were due to availability and shipping of the new unit and components. I have nothing but good things to say regarding Boss HVAC.

The hot water issue was reported about 11am on 3/19 and Chris the technician arrived between 3 and 3:30pm on 3/19. Christmas courteous and friendly and fast. He had to replace the hot water heater with a new one. Chris was very concerned about not leaving a mess. He asked fir a towel abd trash bag. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used!!
