Got Plumbing came to our home and delivered excellent service and pricing. Jason was knowledgable and honest in the work that needed to be done. The office staff were efficient, friendly and polite. I will always use them from now on.

So I love and own my own mobile home in Cabana MH park. I get up at 4am for work and come home at 4pm. I get home and am relaxing. Then use the toilet and find I have no water. I go outside in the dark and there’s a bag of tools sitting by my water shut off. I walk around the house and find a service truck parked in front of my driveway. I ask him what is he doing since I own the home. He says he was told to replace the water line. I ask him the obvious question, “don’t you let the owner of the home know that you’re shutting off their water?”. His response was that they told him it needed to be fixed. Just an FYI. Worked fine for the last 4 years, only needed a handle and to be wrapped for winter. So here it is at 6pm, no water in my home and he shows absolutely no concern or compassion for the situation he put me in. I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it. I can only imagine how he’d act if it was an emergency. AKRisso
