Had an great experience using this Company. They were on time and professional with the Services. There were four techs on site Gavin, Brayden, Alejandro and Zack which made the service performed very timely and they were all courteous techs. Even laid down floor coverings on the pathway they were using in my house. Recommend this company for HVAC needs.
Discount Air has been my HVAC contractor for several years. They have always been very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Two weeks ago, their tech Zack came on a service call and very accurately diagnose the problem and replaced our 17 years old system within 24 hours. Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC
Everyone in this team has been amazing I knew I was in good hands the moment Jesse Romero came out of his van and starting talking with me right away he showed he cared and took his time to diagnose the problem properly. I have been having so many issues with my unit for the past 2 years it was in its last legs.The home warranty and discount ac decided it would be best to replace the whole unit which I was so thankful for. Kari gave me a call right away to schedule the replacement of the unit and had availability the next day which was amazing because I wasn’t able to live in my house because it was over 94 degrees in there. Kari was so nice and very responsive. The installers that came the next day were amazing the main installer I spoke with was Michael he was extremely polite and very fast him and his team replaced my whole ac unit inside and out in about 2 hours.
