A/C Technician Mike and Kurt! Took thier time to hear out our families concern. They serviced our compressor, air handler, control module and thermostats in house and found a bad thermostat and replaced under warranty in 24 hrs. Air handler unit in attic space was checked. It was a new build home. Found that builder did something wrong and corrected the issues. Well equipped and extremely knowledgeable! THANK YOU!

M&K service rep Michael Hope was very helpful in diagnosing a problem with my heat pump. He obviously was very knowledgeable and experienced, because he went right to the root of the problem. He was also very high tech savvy in his use of diagnostic tools. After replacing an electrical part on the condenser and recharging the Freon, the unit worked perfectly. Michael was very upfront about my repair and replacement cost options, since my unit is 20 years old. I would highly recommend M&K if Michael is typical of their service reps.
