I've been using Royal Ref.for our 44 restaurants since 2009. I've used many companies over the years, and Royal is by far the best. We have a service contract for both hot side and cold side, and they do a fantastic job keeping our equipment in top condition. I highly recommend them.
A huge thank you to Elysia, Landon and Mario at Royal Refrigeration! We are super pleased with both our new AC & heating units. Not only did were the prices great but the service was outstanding. We were impressed with their attention to detail as they got here at 8am and left at 11pm on a Saturday and did not even take a break for lunch.
I made an appointment around the holidays in November 2018, and they were able to come out and service my AC unit. There was no long wait time. The rep was early for the appointment. The rep was friendly and out going. The price for the service was not bad. I would recommend and use again in the future. Thanks for everything Royal Refrigeration. Brandy Delgado
