Royal Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning

I've been using Royal Ref.for our 44 restaurants since 2009. I've used many companies over the years, and Royal is by far the best. We have a service contract for both hot side and cold side, and they do a fantastic job keeping our equipment in top condition. I highly recommend them.

I called Royal out over the winter to do preventative maintenance on my unit. The dispatcher Danielle was so helpful in scheduling my service, very polite. We purchased a new air conditioner from Royal Refrigeration in March of 2020 after doing extensive research. We had several other companies come out and give us a quote and decided to go with Royal Refrigeration. We consider it one of the best decisions we have made, we are new to Henderson NV. from Los Angeles and were not familiar with the service companies here. We purchased a new AC and heating unit from Royal, they were HONEST as well as knowledgeable about their products (Landon M. the manager is very honest as well as knowledgeable about the AC and heating units they sell) Royal Refrigeration has an excellent AC & heating unit, the pricing was affordable and not over priced like the other companies that came out and gave us quotes before Royal. They arrived on time for the initial install as well as the six month PM, they worked quietly all day from 8am until they finished and the PM went just as smooth.
