MK House guys are amazing! Very responsive and friendly. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone in Vegas!

So far having a horrible experience with this company. Absolutely horrible communication skills by all their staff. They don't know how to leave a voicemail, just expect you to call back (or just show up to work without scheduling). After hanging out at home for a few hours because I was told I'd need to be there so they could inspect the attic for where they'd need to seal it, they just disappeared and never came to the door. Had to call their dispatch to send him back (he told dispatch something totally different than he told me as to what needs to be done). After getting approval to do the work from my HOA they claim it's done even though they haven't still been inside my attic to seal it..or schedule it...?

Had a new AC unit installed summer 2016. The work was done slightly faster than anticipated. My yard and garage were left at least as clean as they were before the work began. A service call for the heater was done almost immediately (as soon as I got home, they were on the way over). That problem was solved quickly. Luciano is polite, knowledgeable and personable. I am very happy with the service I've received from MK. ADD: I had stopped doing business with this company by early 2018. Rude, pushy ignorant office staff sent me elsewhere. I had forgotten about this review but when I saw it I knew I had to append with new situation.
