My AC broke in the middle of the night and not only were they able to send someone out the midday the next day but Edgar my technician was very professional and polite. He made sure to go over what was broken and help me understanding everything that was going on including ehat may need to be repaired down the line. He did his best to get my AC working as quickly and proficiently as possible to minimize my time without AC in this excessive heat wave. Because of him, I signed up for their maintenance program so I always have my AC serviced by Super Service and Edgar. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Making our appointment was easy, the technician showed up on time, was super friendly, answered all of our questions, and helped us properly diagnose our issue.
