What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he

I had to call five times to get the pictures that they took of my pipes and never got them and paid $1489 the previous Sunday they never called with a quote to fix the problem. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with I highly do not recommend them, Caleb customer service management representative Is definitely no help at all
