Very happy with my experience with the cooling company. Justin Chavez arrived right on time and was polite and communicative about fixing my AC. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and the solution in writing before he worked quickly but not rushed. I really appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. Thank you to Justin and The Cooling Company for their responsiveness and professionalism to help with my A/C unit. On what is likely one of the hottest heat waves on record for the year, my A/C unit decided to have an issue. I called several companies and none were able to make it out today (not shocking), but with a little bit of luck I stumbled across The Cooling Company who had an available time slot for today. What's even more crazy is that they were able to get to me EARLIER which was amazing when your home is sitting at 85 degrees and rising. Within an hour, I was feeling the sweet relief of air conditioning on my skin! Thank you again!
