Our AC unit went out on Monday, and after a call to Bob's, Kyle came out to assess the issue and let us know our compressor went out. After determining there was nothing he could do at the time, he gave us an honest and fair assessment of our options and didn't charge us for the service call since he "didn't leave [us] with working AC". After getting a couple other quotes, we decided to go with Bob's and we are glad we did! The installation was originally scheduled for Thursday, but their office gave us a call saying that the equipment they were going to use was not up to their standards, so they'd fix it and come by the next day. A fine shop with old time customer service! We had a persistent problem and the guys came to troubleshoot it and fixed it in stages as was needed. They also never left us without cooling. After the last repair completed we were set. They also understand that we have a favorite technician and they went out of their way to schedule our guy. And the pricing was fair and affordable for regular people.
