WOW! I'd give Bob's additional stars if the system would let me. We called Bob's based on a recommendation from a coworker and could not be happier! Scenario: I was 7,200 miles away in SE Asia when I learned that my AC went down (14 hr. time-zone difference) . I called Bob's the minute they opened the following day and explained that my pet was in the home and needed treated air. They offered to provide a portable cooling unit until they could get the master system repaired. The portable unit wasn't required because Bob's had a tech here within an hour of my call. They confirmed the cost of the repair and provided a timeline. The job was completed in under 45 minutes, and the price was incredibly fair; especially knowing how vulnerable we were at the time. Wow! From beginning to end what a pleasant experience. I’ve used Bobs repair in the past for my Furnace & the tech then was awesome. So now my air conditioner went out at 10:15pm. I called Bobs repair just to see what time they open & an extremely nice girl answered the phone. She said they weren’t open but she could make an appointment. So I told her what happened & she put me in the schedule for a the following morning between 8-12. I was pleasantly surprised, I didn’t think I’d get an appt so quickly. I received an email just after 8:30am saying my technician Ron (& a photo of him) was in the way. When Ron came, he assessed the issue & was able to complete the work within an hour. I was amazed at how quickly this was taking care. Ron was very professional & knowledgeable. It cost me a little more than I was hoping but extremely happy it wasn’t worse. Super Fast service during some of the hottest Summer days! Friendly and professional servicemen. My parents and animal family are Super Thankful for our new Train Air Conditioning Unit. It is quieter than our old model and I think it will save more energy and money.
