Jay came out, good attitude, good sense of humor as I joked with him. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered solution and BAMN!!! Knocked it out. Everything seems fine. We have a home built in 1989. Still on the original A/C unit. So when I came home today and it wasn't working I expected the worst. I called Raydan, Jay Kan (lead tech) answered and told me he'd be able to arrive same day and test my system Within 4 hours he had arrived, assessed, and fixed my issue.
