I had my water heater replaced and I love this company. The employees are awesome! Today I was at Home Depot buying some storm doors and one of your guys was in his company van-RALPH-and he pulled up alongside my truck and said, "Can I help you get that in your truck?" What a great gesture of kindness. Ralph-thank you so much for being a good human and All Hours-keep rocking it! I highly recommend this company!!! Hot water heater failed Thur morning of the July 4 weekend. The service rep arrived at 4:00 as promised, and determined what was wrong. He was able to answer my questions about upgrading to a tankless heater. Scheduled it for the next day. Installer arrived on Fri as scheduled and completed the removal and installation that day. I was charged $89 for the visit and then another $143 to replace a simple valve under the sink that can be purchased for $10-20. I understand businesses have to make money, so I was fine with this and there's labor involved (though it only takes 10 minutes to replace). But, if you're going to charge people so highly, at least do a professional job. Here's what I mean: My dishwasher also had a slow leak, and their plumber replaced the clamp as well. However, nothing was tested at all. How can you do a professional job if you don't at least test your work? I turned on the dishwasher and it was leaking more than it was before! I had to bring it back out and tighten the clamp myself. The water was also not turned back on so I know the valve was not tested either. Luckily, the valve didn't leak, but what kind of plumber doesn't at least test their work? Imagine how infuriating it is to pay over $200 for a 15 minute job with parts that cost $10-20 retail and then they don't even have the cou
