Had All hours air go by my rental home to fix the evaporator cooler. They charged me $125.00 Servise calll charge. I thought that was reasonable, then they told me that the water pump was bad and the price was $465.00 for a new pump. WHAT ?? I told him that I could buy a new cooler pump at Home Depot for $50. bucks and that I felt that he was robbing me. His reply was “well I’m Licensed and bonded” so damn what! I didn’t know that they licensed robbers. I paid the service call charge and sent him on his way. Now I know where the term Buyer Beware comes from. I purchased the new pump for $41.00 at Lowe’s and it took me less than 30 minutes to install it . I believe that all businesses should and must show a profit but trying to rip off the public, the people that they depend on to stay in business is a complete other issue. My advice is Don’t Trust This Company!!
I was charged $89 for the visit and then another $143 to replace a simple valve under the sink that can be purchased for $10-20. I understand businesses have to make money, so I was fine with this and there's labor involved (though it only takes 10 minutes to replace). But, if you're going to charge people so highly, at least do a professional job. Here's what I mean: My dishwasher also had a slow leak, and their plumber replaced the clamp as well. However, nothing was tested at all. How can you do a professional job if you don't at least test your work? I turned on the dishwasher and it was leaking more than it was before! I had to bring it back out and tighten the clamp myself. The water was also not turned back on so I know the valve was not tested either. Luckily, the valve didn't leak, but what kind of plumber doesn't at least test their work? Imagine how infuriating it is to pay over $200 for a 15 minute job with parts that cost $10-20 retail and then they don't even have the cou
Our water heater went out and leaked water all over our garage. All Hour was able to come out the next day and give an estimate on a tankless system. Most importantly, they were able to do the installation the very next day. Kyle and Pat were both great. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the third pop employee. I was contacted by the office and they were able to inform me that the third employee was Jerome. He did a great job. Service: Water heater installation
