We called Craig on the advice of a friend after being told our induction motor replacement would be at least 1k and it would be about a week possibly to get the part, and that the furnace was probably EOL and should probably be replaced. Craig showed up with the induction motor in hand and replaced it for much less. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and honesty. We came home from vacation to no heat...right before a big storm! We called Craig at Sparks Heating and AC and he came out ASAP to replace the circuit board on our furnace. Randolph did good, quick work for the good price quoted on the phone. He arrived on time, was polite, and cleaned up after himself. He did more than we expected, such as checking the good function, fuses, and lack of carbon dioxide. We think he's terrific!
