We had an old shake shingle roof being taken off with tons of old rusty dirt nails. We also had young curious children. They were so good to be sure to clean up the area, they even “swept” a magnet bar in TWO directions across our lawn to get any possible stray nails that may have missed the tarps they had down to catch all the debris. There was no smoking or swearing. The team was courteous and respectful. David had good , clear communication and even patiently explained why I DIDN’T need to do an expensive repair on the decking.
