Called about a problem I'm having getting heat to different bedrooms in my house. Bill was very helpful on the phone and we scheduled a time for the following week for someone to come give me an estimate on repair. I requested time off from work in order to meet them at my home and looked forward to getting heat to my kids bedroom. Well, the appointment time came and went, nobody showed, nobody called. Big waste of time and now back to square one. I guess I'll be calling someone else.
