From start to finish we were beyond impressed with our interaction with Dave from Silver State Heating and Air. He came out the morning of the 4th of July holiday and promptly diagnosed and fixed our AC unit. He was highly professional and friendly. Fantastic! Alex was my tech today, and after 4 days of freezing cold mornings/nights, he fixed my heater within an hour! Even ran an errand to get me a new filter. Mega friendly, fast, and gave me a quick "crash course" on what was going wrong with my heater! Not to mention he let my 14 year old beagle almost sniff him to death, all while keeping a great attitude. Highly recommend!
