This company is misleading and dishonest when it comes to billing. They overinflate their quoted service hours to complete work and do not update their invoices to reflect actual hours worked. When called out on billing over hours worked, they claim their quote includes ADMIN duties (same billable rate as service tech of course) and travel time. Lesson learned - ask specifics about the quote hours before agreeing to those terms. Service: Repair HVAC
Fantastic! Alex was my tech today, and after 4 days of freezing cold mornings/nights, he fixed my heater within an hour! Even ran an errand to get me a new filter. Mega friendly, fast, and gave me a quick "crash course" on what was going wrong with my heater! Not to mention he let my 14 year old beagle almost sniff him to death, all while keeping a great attitude. Highly recommend!
From start to finish we were beyond impressed with our interaction with Dave from Silver State Heating and Air. He came out the morning of the 4th of July holiday and promptly diagnosed and fixed our AC unit. He was highly professional and friendly.
