If we could give 6 stars we would! Ignacio and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable and professional! We had another company quote us a whole new system that would cost between $5000-$10,000…. With Igancio and Anthony’s expertise, we were able to remediate the actual issue for under $1000. We called multiple companies during the stress and their office was super nice and responsive. The tech was great and thought he had fixed the issue, however, it failed in less than 6 hours. When accounting was informed and heard we wanted repayment, they sent out the tech with a supervisor to see what happen. The tech was honest said what he did failed and apologized. This wasn't good enough for their accounting girl who has evaded the situation with no return call, 5 days later she answers and wants the invoice from the other company. Who does that? We are more than happy to pay techs drive time, not for work that failed. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
