River City Plumbing came into our new business to install 3 items to be able to get permitted. They were always on time, got the work done in a very timely manner, ahead of schedule, took the extra precautions when it came to safety, cleaned everything up like they were never there and helped get the permitting done very quickly. My property manager in Fernley called River City Plumbing get an estimate for a water line break in one of my properties. They came out and gave an estimate of $31,000 to repair the issue. Due to the cost of the repair I reluctantly called my home owners insurance. My property manager had another plumber come out and repair the issue for under $400. I now have a home owners claim which is very undesirable to an owner that has several properties. I called their office several times and left messages to no avail. I would not trust this company to put a hose on a hose bib!

Storm drain under driveway was clogged causing gutters to overflow. The techs came on time, set up quickly, and had the drain running freely within 30-40 minutes.
