River City Plumbing

My property manager in Fernley called River City Plumbing get an estimate for a water line break in one of my properties. They came out and gave an estimate of $31,000 to repair the issue. Due to the cost of the repair I reluctantly called my home owners insurance. My property manager had another plumber come out and repair the issue for under $400. I now have a home owners claim which is very undesirable to an owner that has several properties. I called their office several times and left messages to no avail. I would not trust this company to put a hose on a hose bib!

I had a leak under the concrete slab of my house and was told I needed a whole new system put in. Mike showed up the same day and was very nice and seemed very professional. Since I had no running water I signed on to have his crew do the job. The job was $35,000 and I ended up having to refinance my house. Johnny was the first one to come in and he did an amazing job! He takes pride in his work and left things very clean when he was done. I can't say that about the rest of the crew. I was left with paint on the floor of my bathroom, I had to repaint a cupboard door because there was paint all over the side, I had to caulk all around the shower and bathtub because they only did one side of it. The laundry room has paint all over the floor and the ceiling looks unfinished. Here's the best part though. For the last 13 years my sprinkler system worked fine. But after they dug by the box I'm sure some wires got hit and they rewired them wrong because now my system doesn't work right and th

These folks are amazing! Patty is so pleasant on the phone and answers every question she can. Josh was prompt and courteous and answered many many questions.
