I am an out of town investor who was looking for someone to do repairs on my rental property in Buffalo. I was so frustrated because I wanted to make sure that my tenants were going to have their repairs done in a timely fashion and it just seems so diffucult to find someone who was available and trustworthy. His prices are fair and he was able to complete the job expeditiously. He even saved me money. That is crazy!
