I’ve been a long time customer of central and have always been treated very well but last week they went above and beyond!! I was having serious trouble with my A/C and they sent a technician out. He gave a quote that was not right in my book but before I could say a word I was contacted by them and they sent out a senior technician Patrick and he gave me amazing news. We initially called Central heating and cooling for a furnace inspection after noticing a few issues with the unit. The office staff was very polite. Scheduling the appointment was easy and follow up with text message confirmations and alerts was excellent. Shawn came out to do a service inspection, he was very thorough and honest with us about the issues he found. Shawn offered us an estimate for the repairs or a full furnace replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and A/C system. On scheduled day of install Dan and Kurt arrived promptly, they were very friendly and easy to work with. They were professional, diligent and did great work. All of the install work is very clean and precise, the team made sure to clean up when they’re finished and everything looks and works fantastic. This is my second call for service......I was looking for a reliable company to deal with locally and I have been super pleased! The office staff has been very helpful as well. On both occasions when Patrick has come to my house, he takes the time to answer any questions I have and explains things to me as the homeowner....I am very confident in his abilities to service my furnace and central air units.
