I’ve been a long time customer of central and have always been treated very well but last week they went above and beyond!! I was having serious trouble with my A/C and they sent a technician out. He gave a quote that was not right in my book but before I could say a word I was contacted by them and they sent out a senior technician Patrick and he gave me amazing news. He fixed everything and I couldn’t be happier! I will never go anywhere else!! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

Workers were courteous and professional. However, there were two (2) issues regarding workmanship. 1. Water leaking from the furnace. I immediately notified company and issue was resolved. 2. There was also an issue regarding the use of ion thermostat on my phone. I had to contact ion for assistance. Hopefully, there will not be any further issues. Time will be the judge I have only had installation of furnace and air conditioning unit for less than a month. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 = best). I would give Central Heating and Cooling a 9. This company installed my furnace, two hot water tanks & air conditioning for upstairs & downstairs. The company was excellent to deal with , the guys Shane, Shawn & Michael did a great job installing everything, they were courteous & professional, good workers. Ray helped us fill out paperwork, (thank god). They really are a great company! Call them to have work done at your house, you won't regret it! Thanks Guys-good work. Will & Daniel came & installed a generator. Very professional, good workers, courteous. They did an excellent job! Thanks guys!
