Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Day 14!!!!! Still nowhere near being done! Nightmare; no one calls to keep me informed of what is going on! Meanwhile, my 94 year old mother is all upset that her home is in disarray. All I ask is to be informed and not have to make daily calls myself. Yesterday I was disconnected and Cassie never bothered to return my call! Also I had left a message with her and she never returned my call. Just awful experience! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Every time I have had to call them, the service was prompt, professional and they always go a step further to make sure everything works and give a few tips and information before leaving. Even when they had to rebuild our kitchen sink drain because the old pipes had rotted through, they were done in record time, and they went over everything that was done and explained why it was replaced.
