Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My experience with Roto-Rooter was to clear a drain. It wasn't plugged but due to the age of my home and a recent installation of a new dishwasher I wanted to be sure the drain was clear. I had no idea how much the charge would be until the tech looked at the job. To my shock the initial drain clearing would start out being $400! With the senior discount it was 340 with tax. This to me was outrageously overpriced! The tech told me he went 60 ft through the drain. If I wanted him to snake another drain it became $200 more. I completely understand the cost of things today, but this seem to be an outrageous amount. Basically I was just overwhelmed by the cost of service. I did not check with anyone else and I did have the job completed. The tech that helped me was very nice but my suggestion would be check around.

I requested a visit using the online service from my computer late at night. RotoRooter showed up at 8am the next morning; exactly when I requested them. Response and communication from the website to email confirmation, to the friendly call in the morning from Aiyesha(sp?), to the arrival of Jason who was professional and personable, was superb. Jason determined the issue, gave me a quote, and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. I loved the quick service, honesty, and the fact that my issue was resolved within 10 hours from start to finish!

Sunday morning emergency call. They were the only ones who answered. Roger was super friendly, did a great job, quick and efficient, no left over mess. Definitely would use these guys again. Service: Drain cleaning
