Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called these guys because my sump pump wasn't pushing water out properly, figuring it was an obstructed line. Turns out my pump wasn't installed properly, so they helped out and got everything set for me. Techs were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Will absolutely be using them again in the future. Although the work was done well, I feel a bit taken advantage of. I was told they could not do what I needed because I had a European toilet and he did even have the tools to take it off. He said he would have to break my current toilet ( which is less than a year old) and put it a new one, which would cost $810.00. Unfortunately I had to agree to the work. But he then got a new toilet, easily removed the one he said he would need to break and put in a new one very quickly. Including travel, it was less than 90 minutes. I feel there Should have been an adjustment in price because the work was as impossible ir time consuming as I was led to believe. I will not call you again. Service: Toilet repair
