I cannot speak highly enough of Sentry South! Not only did they do a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a more than fair price but they went above and beyond when my furnace died on a weekend, bringing us loaner space heaters to get us through until they could come out on Monday. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. What was an incredibly stressful situation was turned into a wonderful costumer experience thanks to Jim and everyone else at Sentry South. I had a humidifier installed on my furnace and it was acting up. The owner of Sentry South, Jim the owner came to look at it. They figured out the problem and got it working. Jim even came to my house at 11PM one night to get the heat back on in my house. He's a man of his word and his guarantee is real. I will be calling Sentry South for my check ups and heating / cooling.
