Another great service from Apple today! They come every year like clockwork to examine and maintain our central air system and ductless units throughout the house. We've never had a bad experience with their team in over 5 years. Today we had Stanley as our tech and he was fantastic! I expressed some concerns I was having with air quality and within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and offered to fix it while he was here! No call back or come another day... got the parts he needed and got right to it! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was using, explained what we needed and why, and gave us great tips on preventing it from happening again. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He even cleaned everything up when he was done! Highly recommend Apple, their products and service!
