Apex Sewer & Drain Cleaning

In this day and age, it was so refreshing to find a company as good as Apex. The service technician, Joe Benoit was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was persistent until he fixed the problem. He had another technician with him, which I did not get his name and feel bad I cannot recognize him, who was just as great. If you EVER need the services they provide, do not hesitate. Well worth the phone call. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Service: Drain cleaning

My regular plumber referred me to Apex, so I was already impressed. I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive they were. Technician Brian talked me through his diagnosis from start to finish. We had a back up in our main sewer line. Placed a call at 8am and they arrived within two hours. Both Aaron and Ray tried various things until they could get the line clear. They then stayed to make sure that it was resolved completely. They gave us main reason for the clog and how best to remedy it in order to keep line clear. I definitely will use them again and pass their name along to friends and family. Service: Drain cleaning
