Apex Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Called on Sat at noon about a clogged toilet and was told we would be contacted by a technician - who called at 4 PM and said he was buried. We told him this is NOT an emergency as we have other toilets and urged him to take care of urgent matters. He said he’d come on Sun. When we hadn’t heard from anyone, we called at 1:40 Sun afternoon and were promised someone would come to our house on Mon. No call Mon or Tues. I called office Tues afternoon and customer service listened to my story and promised someone would be to our house first thing in the morning on Wed, which she said would be 9-10 AM. She never apologized or explained what happened. Well it’s now 11 AM and APEX of Latham is a no call no show. This service call would most likely have been an easy yet worthwhile visit for APEX. We live in Latham about a mile from them and had been smelling sewer gas for a little while and suspected the pipes were getting clogged. We had our house's main drain get clogged and had to find a plumber ASAP. I called around, eventually called Apex. I called around 11am and by 11:40, they were pulling into my driveway. An hour later, they resolved the issue and were on their way. Great experience, end to end.

In this day and age, it was so refreshing to find a company as good as Apex. The service technician, Joe Benoit was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was persistent until he fixed the problem. He had another technician with him, which I did not get his name and feel bad I cannot recognize him, who was just as great. If you EVER need the services they provide, do not hesitate. Well worth the phone call. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Service: Drain cleaning
