The company notified me that it was time for maintenance. It's great not having to remember myself and scheduling was easy. The technicians arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They checked my ductless system, cleaned my filters and even changed the batteries in the remote. I have nothing but good things to say about Yost since they completed my oil to gas conversion several years back and am now on their home maintenance. Always on time, speedy polite professionals on-call 24-7. They went above and beyond to correct the persistent oily smell a subcontractor left behind until complete resolution. Horrible and unscrupulous! My elderly parents’ (ages 95 & 87) AC stopped working, so I called Yost & Campbell. First time they came out, they said a wire came loose and fixed the AC in 5 minutes, but they said the system is old and asked me if I wanted to get an estimate for a new system. 3 days later the AC stopped working again. Same tech came out, but this time said he could not fix it on the spot, listed 8 “serious” things wrong with the AC and told me it would cost $800-$1000 for parts & repair with no guarantees that he could get it to work. Again encouraged me to get someone to come out for an estimate. This time I said yes - someone was at the house in 15 minutes and 15 minutes later sent me a proposal for more than $10K for a new system. I decided we needed a 2nd opinion and had another company come out the next day. They fixed the system in 5 minutes and said a loose wire was taped poorly but came loose again, and said we do not need a new system - system is running fi
