Horrible and unscrupulous! My elderly parents’ (ages 95 & 87) AC stopped working, so I called Yost & Campbell. First time they came out, they said a wire came loose and fixed the AC in 5 minutes, but they said the system is old and asked me if I wanted to get an estimate for a new system. 3 days later the AC stopped working again. Same tech came out, but this time said he could not fix it on the spot, listed 8 “serious” things wrong with the AC and told me it would cost $800-$1000 for parts & repair with no guarantees that he could get it to work. Again encouraged me to get someone to come out for an estimate. This time I said yes - someone was at the house in 15 minutes and 15 minutes later sent me a proposal for more than $10K for a new system. I decided we needed a 2nd opinion and had another company come out the next day. They fixed the system in 5 minutes and said a loose wire was taped poorly but came loose again, and said we do not need a new system - system is running fi
