My AC unit stays at 72 degrees at all times. I was told it is so the compressor does not freeze. Many nights not being able to sleep and absolutely miserable. Who sleeps at 72 degrees?

Technical support from Ice-Air is the worst, I called several times for several days and I left a voicemails to many times, the dispatcher answered and said to me that a technian will contact me same day something that never happened, then I called the next day and It happened the same, nobody contacted me, they don't care about the customers, I'm really disappointed about this company.
