Great service in every way. I hired Plumbing Services to redo the plumbing during a bathroom makeover, and on all three occasions they came out to do the various tasks as needed, they were punctual, effective, and competent. Without a question, I'll highly suggest their services to all of my friends and family.
Having to deal with them was a real delight. Their plumber was smart, good at communicating, and really educated. I appreciate that they didn't just leave me in the dark but explained everything.
The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and set up for a plumber to call me back, which he did. I described the issue—a broken water main—as well as the temporary fix I'd made. The plumber gave a timeline for when they could make repairs and estimated charges for either weekday or weekend (emergency) labour. I chose a course of action, and the plumber completed the work after showing up as scheduled.
