I called Eric when our sump pump failed and the sump was ready to overflow. He came out and within a couple of hours we had a new pump installed and tested. They run a great operation - They had everything in stock and had the skilled manpower to carry out the work same day. Electrical, plumbing and pump controls all performed by the same team. I’d like to start off by saying that I truly value quality and great customer service and Eric surpassed my standards. I gave a phone call to him last week as one of my business has a flood in the basement due to some corrosion. I was quoted an hour arrival time and Eric showed up 30 mins later with a smile on his face ready to solve my problem. Not only did he fix it thoroughly and quickly, but he talked me through what he was doing and how to prevent this from happening again in the future and things to look out for to stay ahead of the game. Big shout out to Eric and his team. They’ll always be my first option in the future.
