I’d like to start off by saying that I truly value quality and great customer service and Eric surpassed my standards. I gave a phone call to him last week as one of my business has a flood in the basement due to some corrosion. I was quoted an hour arrival time and Eric showed up 30 mins later with a smile on his face ready to solve my problem. Not only did he fix it thoroughly and quickly, but he talked me through what he was doing and how to prevent this from happening again in the future and things to look out for to stay ahead of the game. Big shout out to Eric and his team. They’ll always be my first option in the future.

I had 2 different companies come over to try to see what was wrong with the pressure in my shower due to a bad booster pump and all they were able to do was overcharge it and not even fix the problem. I called the pump guys and they were able to fix my shower within 40 mins with no problem. Only have 3 words efficient, professional, responsive. Highly recommended. Service: Shower repair
