What a nice experience. Jacob came to remove a water softener unit. He was prompt, courteous, and capable. Job was done in an hour. This was my first experience with Lockwood Plumbing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Would be very happy if Jacob returned.
WILL was AMAZING. He was a great support and was super polite. He worked hard on cleaning this drain for us. He tested and retested it to make sure it was working. He left my sink better and cleaner than it was before. He also offered many suggestions to help and did a thorough job. John Lockwood was the original plumber that worked on our new house in 1991. Today we had a service call on a water heater that wasn't working. Jacob arrived on time and was wonderful to work with. He explained everything to me and again to my husband when he arrived. He was very thorough, polite and very friendly! I would definitely call Lockwood and Jacob again!!!
