Slow, marginally responsive. In the end, they could not help me with a product that they sold me.

I wish I had another option when we needed a geothermal system. It has been a consistent problem - our energy bills are high, they have terrible customer service. We had to call multiple times to get an appointment or get someone to come help, when the heating system wasn't working and it's cold. I do not recommend Van Hee. Van Hee Geothermal has been nothing short of terrible to work with. They are unresponsive to phone calls or emails, they are lacking in skills when it comes to troubleshooting and they have an extremely limited staff which means it takes weeks to have someone service a repair. Their install technicians are solid, helpful and competent but their management is useless. The owner is not helpful and appears to have the attitude of take it or leave it, we have other business. I did a majority of the troubleshooting on some of our recent repairs and had to constantly call their office to give suggestions and get updates on how to manage the problem and solution. They ordered a new unit for us and expected an 8 week lead time. 18 weeks later we have not received a single update from them about our unit despite multiple phone calls and messages left with the front desk for management. Absolutely Horrendous.
