I am so impressed with my experience from start to finish with Lon Lockwood Electric. Lisa scheduled my appointment and friendly and set clear expectations. She sent me a text when an electrician was available sooner than my appointment which was fantastic. I was sent a tracking link so I knew when the electrician would arrive along with a photo and quick bio of who to expect. This was especially appreciated as I was here alone. Chris and Dan were prompt and already familiar with the area. They were friendly and professional and again set clear expectations. I appreciate that they gave me service options and thoroughly explained them while not being pushy. Being a new home owner, it’s fantastic that I know I have an electrician that is reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced! Jess also called me after service to make sure everything went well! Jessica was very helpful when I called and shared the we had a pipe leak and water went into the breaker panel and we had no power she was able to have a technician to my house the same day as I called. Cody was excellent first day and explained everything in detail. Very helpful and made me feel at ease. Cody and helper were both excellent workers. Very professional.
