Awwww man, words can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Brian!!! He’s AMAZING!! Long story short, I wanted a smart thermostat, but he asked why I wanted it. I told him so that I can control the heat temperature. He offered me an option that was $600 dollars cheaper than the smart thermostat. Brian, thank you for being you!! When a plumbing issue came up at my house the other day, the first company I thought of contacting was D. Rohde. Not only did the office dispatch a great plumber ( Chuck ), but they were able to do it in a short period of time. Chuck went above and beyond, to solve my issue. Can't say enough about these guys! Brian just completed my yearly oil burner tune-up for my daughter and I. He also performed a A/C - Heat Pump yearly tune-up for my other daughter. I have been a home owner for over 40 years. I have never encountered a more professional, courteous, helpful, patient and truly respective person who really cares about the customer and the product services. Brian explained every detail and answered all my questions and never once seemed annoyed or inconvenienced. Truly pleasant experience. We recommend Brian and his company whenever possible.
