Huge shout out to the team at Mr. Rooter. What started as a simple issue turned in to a major excavation and repair. While daunting to say the least, Pat, along with his team (Alex, Tyler, and Chuck), guided us through the project and did everything in their power to minimize the amount our home needed to be disrupted with jackhammers and the subsequent fixing of the rooms impacted. They were problem solvers, considerate, on time, and respectful. Service technicians Scott and John were huge assets as well. Would not hesitate leaning on them should the time come, but for now, hoping that time is not anytime soon!
I called on a Saturday morning and they came to the house within about 1 hour. Scott did a great job fixing the issue! He knew what he was doing and explained everything. Thank you! Service: Drain cleaning
