The team there is knowledgeable, professional, and very welcoming. They have quality products and provided expert guidance, serving not only the needs of professionals but also of home owners. I was never made to feel out of place and received the guidance that I requested in order to choose the best items for my needs. CONSUMER BEWARE! Excessively high prices. Overworked staff. Manger exceedingly rude. Blames consumers for outrageous mistakes his staff makes. We spent many thousands of dollars and have had so many costly mistakes due to the wrong parts being ordered even though we sent an explicit and very detailed email that listed every item we wanted (back in Novermber) and copied the contractor (who approved the list). This was a repeat order. It was simple. A job that should have been done in January of this year is still not finished because the right parts are now unavailble and they are blaming this on Covid. The job would have been finished had Security ordered the correct parts. The majority of positive reveiws are from contractors who work with Security who get special treatment and incentives including holiday parties for suckering clients into using them.
