On Christmas Eve 12/24/22, one of the coldest day I lost heat in my apartment and reached out to the landlord for assistance. I didn’t think she would be able to find anyone with it being Christmas, however she contacted Adam from, Ajax Plumbing & Heating Corp and he arrived bright and early Christmas morning to fix the issue. Not only was Adam on time but he was professional and thorough. He made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Adam came to diagnose our boiler and found that it was leaking and I need a whole new unit. He sent over a quote later that evening and we scheduled a replacement a couple weeks away. I felt his price to be high, but after getting quoted from a few other places, his price is fair. In this case, I definitely think you get what you pay for and it is better to pay a higher up front price for less problems down the road. Adam was on time and had everything ready on the day of installation. He got the old boiler out and the new one in by Noon on the same day. He and his crew cleaned up and guided me through routine maintenance. Had some trouble with the Auto Top Off unit about a week later and Adam came back right away and addressed the issue. I can now rest easy knowing that my family has quality heat through the winter months. Adam is licensed, timely, professional and communicative. On Christmas Eve 12/24/22 the coldest day of the year my boiler stopped working. Do to the urgency of the situation, before further damage could be done Adam was at my Home within an hour. Subsequently late that evening my Tennant in another property I own had a busted valve by the boiler with water shooting out all over .. I forwarded the video she took to Adam and he arrived early on CHRISTMAS MORNING and he got her heat and replaced and repaired all the piping and checked the other units in the building because he is very efficient and professional.
