Called for assistance in regards to a leaky boiler. I'm not sure how their technical service is, but has the worst reception/customer service. I had to repeat and spell my address and city several times. After the third time, I gave up. I ended the conversation by stating if this is the quality that represents the company, then never mind. I must say that I have never experienced such a low comprehension skill in my life.
I had a valve replacement in my main bathroom James D. and his partner came in and gave me a clear assessment of what the issues are, how they were going to handle it, and how many hours it will take to repair it. The work was clean, well done, they cleaned up after themselves and it took less hours than anticipated. Excellent job!!
