Jesse, the owner, responded to our inquiry in a very timely manner & upon our agreement to move forward he was diligent & delivered from start to finish. Jesse's responsiveness throughout was top notch as well as friendly & efficient, along with his great crew. They were all polite & very respectful. Jesse even went above & beyond to satisfy us. When there was a product issue he returned to replace what was defective & did so to our expectations. BlueRock is a 5 star business & we are very happy with our deck.
