Rick and his team are great. From the first phone call (yes he answers the phone, these other ac companies don't even answer or call back) to the completion of the setup, it was a pleasure. Rick took great care of me by getting me in asap and replacing my old hvac and upgrading my cooling and heating. They were on time as scheduled and had all the parts delivered day before. Rick answered my request for a quote right away and explained everything in the quote. He was always punctual and kept me in the loop. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and took his time to explain things to me. Installation of the furnace, 4 hours as he indicated. Rick was quick to respond and resolved the leaking furnace/Ac issue after a 2nd visit same day. He cared about his work which is a good sign. Pricing was decent.
