We have used Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. for approximately 3 years, and each technician has been excellent. Mark attended our annual heating inspection today. He was meticulous and careful.He went over everything he had done and made sure we were aware of how our older furnace was working.Excellent!
Called on Saturday morning. Mark came out by 2 pm. Offered pricing for repair but given the ages of the units, elected to have replaced. Given there are two units, gave a nice discount and Wednesday morning the crew showed up as planned. Both new systems installed and completed beautifully.
Very professional. I had a competitor company come out to the house two different times and the AC still was not working properly. After Mark came out to the house, he found out that the first company had disconnected the wires to the thermostat. He fix the problem and our AC runs very well. I would highly recommend this company
