We had some work done in our attic. During the work time a wire got crimped and we lost the use of our furnace. It was not noticed until some hours later. Called Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. about 10 am and promised about a 4:00 service. About 2:00 I was updated that the serviceman was in his way. Jeff showed up, very polite and allowed me to share what had happened. He guessed, no knew what to look for, found it and quickly repaired the problem. I would highly recommend Pearson Heating & Cooling Co..

Very professional. I had a competitor company come out to the house two different times and the AC still was not working properly. After Mark came out to the house, he found out that the first company had disconnected the wires to the thermostat. He fix the problem and our AC runs very well. I would highly recommend this company
