Called on Saturday morning. Mark came out by 2 pm. Offered pricing for repair but given the ages of the units, elected to have replaced. Given there are two units, gave a nice discount and Wednesday morning the crew showed up as planned. Both new systems installed and completed beautifully.
Mark was out yesterday to service our furnace to make sure it was up and running for the winter season! He did a great job and explained everything thoroughly! We have used Pearson for several years and appreciate the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of the staff. Thank you again to Mark!
Mark, returned the call and arrived shortly after. He offered me choices after swiftly diagnosing the AC problem. I truly liked that he didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't want.
