Our sump pump went and we used Blue Bear to clean it up. Their techs were always courteous and professional. The basement looks beautiful, and they were so helpful making sure we were able to keep what we wanted, and that everything was perfectly dry for us. They also were so tolerant of my dog, who adored them. He got so many pets that he started treating them like family rather than strangers when they walked in. Louis and Terrance, as well as the several other guys from Blue Bear who worked at my house, were awesome!
