We had an ac unit and furnace installed. Our project manager, Jim W., was friendly, professional and...wait for it...honest. The techs were prompt, courteous and kind. The ladies running the show and working the phones were so cheerful...you would have thought they were 5 minutes away from a free happy hour. A wonderful experience start to finish. We called to schedule a service on our furnace, ac, and generator. Scheduler was most efficient and we were set. Jamie arrived well within the window of time and gave us a call before hand. Once here, he checked everything with a fine tooth comb and still managed to keep up the conversation with my husband (not an easy task). We were able to renew our Silvercare Membership through Jamie's negotiations, THANK YOU! The Isaac company is the best.
The service is always great. I have purchased the gold seal agreement plan for years and it has given me peace of mind knowing that if anything needs to be fixed it is covered. Chad was the Lead Tech and he did an excellent job. Thank you!
