AP Plumbing

AP was subcontracted to do plumbing on my basement refinish. Whoever came in did NOT do a good job (didn't install a one-way valve and as a result, water would backflow and flood intermittently). I travel for work 9mos of the year. For the longest, I had no idea what was going on or why. Once I returned from travel and realized what was happening, I called my original contractors who suggested I reach out directly to AP. The initial woman who answered my 1st call was abrupt. Not nice at all. Then, the man she transferred me to was not agreeable to sending someone back for free to fix the problem they caused. He insisted on charging me full prices despite the fact that they didn't do the job right in the first place. I tried to relay this, but the guy was just awful and couldn't care less. I called my contractors back, who said they'd take care of costs and to call AP back and make the appointment. Cody came and did a terrific job of getting our kitchen sink unclogged. After some investigation, he discovered that the issue was a build up of residue in pipes that ran underground. He went above and beyond to clear the issue and was very intent on keeping things as clean and contained as possible. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We bought a home and ran into some plumbing conundrums. I was hesitant about using a company rather than an individual plumber. We were so fortunate to have Matt Gordon respond for the first issue then when we came across other issues I specifically asked for him. He represents the company so well, he’s down to earth, gets the job done efficiently and actually takes time to explain to me what he’s doing. I always feel more educated about plumbing after his work. I 100% recommend!
