I don't know how Google Maps knows I had a Estimate done through Dan Fulmer. No privacy at all anymore. Sick of my privacy being invaded by Social Media and Google. Anyway, Dan Fulmer has been a Rochester, New York household name for years. I remember them when I was 8 and seeing the Vehicles pulling out the parking lot on Dewey Avenue. Let's just say this, for the same Project. I had 4 (four) estimates done. Dan Fulmer was cheaper by 3-8 Thousand Dollars. I have one more estimate to do. I will be going by Experience and Longevity to the Community. Reviews are sold bought on Google. Whom I have been disliking in recent months. I will be going with the lowest estimate with my community's reviews. I know a few people that had work done by Dan Fulmer and I like what I saw. The Proof is in the Pudding. I felt comfortable with Fumer representative who came out and feel he gave me an honest estimate over others who have given one.

All of the above. Water leaking in onto a socket that a dryer is plugged into and they don’t care. Asked for a tarp twice now and nothing. Say they are coming and don’t. Mind you they “fixed” the roof a year ago and it’s still leaking. I’m not having my house burn down because of their lack of work ethic. Court will be soon. For a new dryer, fence they damaged, window they damaged, siding they damaged, and now a not so new roof. Didn’t even tarp off the large hole in the ceiling and left debris and insulation falling into our laundry room. Told us they didn’t know when that would be fixed, that it would “be awhile”. I made an initial appointment for gutter cleaning/roof inspection on a Saturday morning between 8-8:30am, and I was told the workers would give a "we're on our way" phone call prior to then. At 9:30am I had not heard from the company nor seen anyone. When I called the office the receptionist had told me that the truck had left so they "should be there soon." I asked if she could check in with the truck and she replied that she would and she'd call me back with an update. I never heard back from the receptionist or the work crew and at 11:30am I left the house for the day. I never received a phone call or notice for the remainder of the day. The following business day (Monday 10:15AM) I called and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor to relay the weekend events. I spoke with Marc who said he would address my concerns. I explained the aforementioned and Marc said he would look into it and get back to me within the hour. At 4pm I still had not heard from Marc or anyone from the compan
