Long Construction NY LLC

I hired Long Construction to do a "punch list" of small jobs that were needed. At the conclusion of the job, I had some questions. Not complaints, but questions. The owner of the company came to my home the very next morning to go over every inch of my list. He said "I will be here until you are 100% satisfied". I am very impressed with this company and the way that they do business. Rest assured, I will come back to Long with any needs that I have. This is a contractor who does what he says he will do.

Mike Long helped fix the downspouts on my gutters that were damaged from a wind storm. He showed me how the rain water was starting to damage my roof (it was starting to warp the roof shingle where the downspout was supposed to be). He also helped me to divert water further away from the house from a 2nd downspout. Within 5 minutes, he had both downspouts fixed/adjusted and reused parts that were not damaged to minimize costs. He was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about project. Cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Long Construction. I usually do not write reviews but this guy deserves your business. Thanks!

Long did our church shingle and flat roof. John O was 110% helpful navigating us through a very large and complex project. Donny is wonderful as is his crew. They even went up on the roof in the winter time to put tarps up and prevent further water damage from the leaks we had due to wind damage. Pros- responsive, professional, good for their word, good communication, quality workmanship. Cons- none.
