Our furnace was on the fritz and the house was getting colder and colder. I called in the morning and the tech was here by 12:30. Replaced a part, installed a new thermostat we had bought, and showed me how to clean the filters. Daniel was courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I was so happy with Heat & Kool's service. Had an ac freezing up issue on my just under 4 year old central air conditioning unit. At 1st I called that big hvac red van company I***c popular in our area who originally installed the unit to come out to fix. 5 visits , 6 weeks and over $800 later it still was not fixed. It felt like the techs were just guessing. They wanted more money to diagnose the issue and kept pushing their gold seal plan and trying to convince me that my furnace was old and I needed a new one for the cost of $4000. However they could not show me data to prove that my old furnace was causing the ac freezing issue. I got fed up and was not happy that I wasted the whole month of June being hot and paying for it On a recommendation from a coworker I called Heat & Kool. Both the owner and his residential hvac expert came out. You could tell right off the bat that they were not looking to make a buch of money but were generally interested in solving this ac freezing issue

My family has used Heat & Kool three times in the past few weeks. A/C at my daughter house, my house and our place of business all decided to go on the fritz at the same time.
