I was very happy with the professional job of Quality Homes & would recommend them. I worked mainly with Cory, John, & Mark, they were always friendly and professional, responded quickly to any calls, & were respectful of the property. They added a french door to an existing wall and stairway & it completely transformed my house! I'm very happy with the service & will gladly use them again! They added a new storm door and front door to my home. I called them to repair two things. One was the framing around the door which I thought was the old framing because it's rather beat up and dirty looking. I was informed that they don't paint they just prime, I have to say it's an eyesore. I had to call twice about the lock getting stuck giving the vibe that while inserting the key the key would break off in the lock. Now this is on me I assumed that the door automatically came with a peephole. Needless to say I will have to pay someone to put that in if it can be done. Other than that the fee I paid was reasonable. I would recommend them for service just make sure to dot your I's and cross your T's .
