Larry I would like to thank you for the great work. We are very happy that we did not go with any other company. Rating this business with 5 stars is a under rating it. Larry showed up for the estimate as he said and, I received the estimate in writing with in a day. The work I was requesting was priced very reasonable and I did not hesitate to sign the agreement. The quality of workmanship and care was fantastic and done on time. Larry takes the time to speak with his customers and shows he generally cares about his customers. Larry was absolutely amazing. His prices were very fair and reasonable! We were very late with responding to our quote due to some personal issues and even 6 months later the price didn't increase. He checked the material prices and said they didn't change and our quote was valid. Many people would have upcharged at that point and taken advantage! Then, once we told him we wanted to continue he was quick to respond and came out within a week. He was professional, fun to talk to and very good at his trade. Got callback after 8, Larry was very rude, asking me if I "finally " made a decision? I let it go, but after the third time he reminded me that it has been a while, I finally said ok thank you, he tried to interrupt and said I dont mean to be negative, but I am very busy. Again I said thank you, and hung up to the sounds of him grumbling. Glad for him his business is booming, so is mine , I work in a nursing home, so thanks Larry for the patience.
