Russ and team are total professionals and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for electric work done on their home. Huge props to Amanda in the front office who was extremely responsive and helped us through our situation (she's also super friendly!). We came to Loria after purchasing our house and finding out that we had didn't have the appropriate service line running to our home. (The sellers who flipped the home neglected to upgrade the service from 90 Amps to their 150 Amp panel). Russ worked with us to get our 1920s home updated to 200 Amp service & it was a pleasure working with him. Can't recommend them enough. Amanda at Loria Electric helped me to understand my electrical situation and patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take to address my issue. Even when it became apparent that I would need to use a different company, she went beyond her job and gave me a referral as well as specific instructions to get the best outcome. Though Loria was no longer involved with my electrical issue, I went to Amanda at least twice after that to help answer some additional questions I had; she followed up twice after that. I’m impressed with the caring nature of this company that their rep Amanda displayed, and will be sure to go to Loria for any future electrical issues.

When scheduling your appointment you will be greeted by Amanda, a warm and very attentive person, who will ensure your job description is accurately passed along. I assure you there will be no misunderstandings when the electrician arrives. I have had Ian in particular handle several tasks and never an issue. They are professional all around and make sure you are satisfied with the job prior to them leaving your home. They are also very tidy and cleaned up and left no mess for me to pick up.
