It's nice to see "service" again. Live person answered the phone and set up appointment for estimate. Russ showed up on time to do the estimate and sent estimate to me. I sent it back with deposit. Work was scheduled and I was kept up to date with progress. Everyone showed up on the agreed date and even though there were some additional problems that were not obvious at estimate time, they were addressed and completed. We called to get recessed lighting throughout the house. Russ was very professional and very polite. He worked with us to get the most out of what we needed. Amanda was timely in her response to my questions and was very pleasant to work with. The guys who came out to do the work were great as well. Raphy and Sam were professional and knew their stuff and would take the time to answer my questions throughout the day as they worked. I love the new lighting!! What a wonderful difference!!
